Egads, another meme??
My laptop finally caved today; all I get is a stubborn black screen whenever I turn it on.

So off it goes to the service center with a prayer that it'll be fine. *worries*

Haven't been studying, ORZ. I really should, but it's hard to muster up that panic-induced adrenaline needed to kickstart revision when it hasn't set in yet.

Anyway, got tagged by futomimii, so here goes:

1. What are your nicknames?
I have several: some unintentional, some really bad puns and several cases of horrible mispronunciation. Generally, I go by the nickname 'Axtar'.


2. What do you do before bedtime?
It depends: on normal days, I'd likely laze around, chat with people through MSN, meddle around online, mess around on the PS2 or read a good book. On days before exams, you'll find me surrounded by revision papers, all with little notes on them.

Ironically, I sleep later on normal days than I do on before-exam days; I make it a point to go to bed early on the latter.


3. What fandom(s) are you most into at the moment?
Dynasty Warriors(♥!), Final Fantasy XII, Prince of Tennis, Eyeshield 21, One Piece. That's all that comes to my mind instantly, so I suppose they're my current, most active fandoms. I jump from fandom to fandom pretty easily though, depending on what catches and holds my interest.


4. What is your favorite scent?
Perfume wise; too many to note down - you could leave me at a perfume counter and I can happily occupy myself with sniffing the various samples/bottles until my nose gives in. I tend to favor the light, citrus-y scents to more intense scents like sandalwood, lavender and whatnot though.

Other than that, there's just too many amazing fragrances to pin down - the wafting temptation of food in the oven, for instance. Or how the porch smells so fresh just after rain. But one of the best scents in the world is burrowing into warm sheets and breathing in the aroma of fresh bedsheets before you sleep for the night.


5. What videogames are you playing at the moment?
Dynasty Warriors 5 (still currently at Zhang He) and Final Fantasy XII (NO, REALLY).


6. What do you eat the most?
Noodles, I suppose. I really don't pay all that much attention though; as long as it's tasty, I'm happy.


7. Do you trust easily?
To an extent, yes. If I consider you a friend, you probably know a lot of weird stuff about me and end up being the ear to whatever ranting I feel like doing. I am, admittedly, a 'blabbermouth'; I end sharing probably too much info about myself to others, orz. (Sorry guys! m(_ _)m )

At the core though, I'm still rather private - everyone is, I believe. So, I still keep a lot of personal things close to me until circumstances forces my hand.


8. What was your first big fandom?
Hmmm...Slam Dunk, if I'm not wrong. Gensomaden Saiyuki was my first active foray into fandom though.


9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
Stress, pressure regarding exams, the usual. I've been trying to not let it get to me too badly though.


10. Do you have a good body-image?
On certain days, yes. I can get terribly self-conscious though; doesn't help that I'm rather large and that the general population around me are all considerably smaller, LOL!

In general though, I'm pretty comfortable with my body.


11. Is being tagged fun?
Aside from the work of having to fill in a meme, I suppose it means I'm being thought of, so yes!


12. What websites do you visit daily?
LJ and Hotmail; other sites depend on my mood for the day.


13. Who are currently the most important people to you?
God (if He counts as a person), my mother, my brother and my friends.


14. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?
More talented in art than she often gives herself credit for and a great friend whom I know I can turn to in times of trouble. ^___^ *hugs*


15. What’s the last song that got stuck in your head?
'Truth' by Arashi. >D Still is!


16. What’s your favorite item of clothing?
Skirts. ♥ (I wear shorts more often though, LOL!)


17. What's better: to give or to receive?
Both are equally enjoyable.


18. What turns you on in the opposite gender?
physically: tall, trim, clean-cut, looks good in casual wear and button-down shirts, sexy voice (♥), easy smile
personality: Humorous, understanding, caring - it's hard to pin down a detailed personality, but I'd like someone I can be comfortable with. =)


19. What would you like to achieve within the next 3 years?
A DEGREE WITH 1ST CLASS HONORS. Hopefully, I'll be more active in writing as well.


20. What should you be doing right now?
....MORAL REVISION, OOPS. 8DDDD;;;


21. Do you always use conditioner when washing your hair?
Definitely, or it'd tangle horribly due to its length.
